These old houses knew us, our secrets, our dreams, our passions; those old houses sheltered us from the COLD, DANGERS, and outside IMAGINARY MONSTERS. The kept us WARM, even on those frosty nights when the wind persuaded the cracks to let them inside. Now, they stand lonely, abandoned and awaiting the bulldozer and wreaking ball. Until then, I just want to stand and admire them. I want capture images of them and REMINISCE...remember what they stood for and meant to us….our ONCE WARM AND WELCOMING SANCTUARIES!!!

I am a nature and wildlife photographer who traversed the world for two decades before residing in the beautiful state of Virginia to spend my time capturing wonderful images of egrets, blue heron, glorious sunsets and other scenes that touch my heart.
